We take care of the line rental transfer for you. Once you choose to have line rental with us, there's literally nothing more you need to do.

About the switch to first:telecom

When you switch your line rental to first:telecom, you don't need to contact BT. We'll contact them on your behalf. The transfer is normally completed within 10 working days and BT will send you a final bill. After that, you will receive no further bills from BT but from us instead. If you request line features from us as part of your order, these will become active after your line rental goes live.

Line features

You can keep, add or remove any line features that BT offer. When you register if you do not select call features you currently use with BT they could be lost from your line when your service with first:telecom begins.
