A simple setup with strong support
It is quick, easy and simple for you to sign up and install your first:telecom Broadband. For those new to Broadband there is no hassle of installing CDs or changing settings. With the first:telecom SpeedTouch modem you simply plug in, click and go! If you do require support, then our UK based Technical Support team will be there to help you, simply call 0845 215 1650.
Receive a special welcome bonus when you combine our services
One off credit - receive a welcome bonus of £10 when you combine first:telecom home phone, Broadband and line rental. Ask about combining all your services when you sign up to first:telecom Broadband.
Your Broadband bill
Bills are calculated per calendar month. You will be billed monthly and can receive your bill via e-bill or paper bill. The 2Mb Broadband price of £17.99 per month includes VAT.
If you are combining Broadband services with other telecoms services you will only receive the one bill. The bill will give you a summary of all charges.
Payment
Payment for your Broadband package is by Direct Debit.
Cancellation: When you join first:telecom Broadband you will be signing up to an 18 month agreement and therefore there will be a cancellation fee of £50 if you decide to leave after the initial 7 day cooling off period from the date you ordered.
