Cancelling with first:telecom

How do I cancel with first:telecom?

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 7 working days from the date you registered and you will not incur any costs or penalties.

If you wish to cancel your order once we have provided the service, you will incur a charge of the package fee, broadband and/or line rental fee for each remaining month of your contract period. 

Different contract periods apply to our services, depending on the pricing option and call plan or package you choose. Broadband services will incur an additional one off £50 disconnection fee regardless of the length of service with first:telecom.
