- Dial the access code for the country you are in (see below)
- Enter your account number and PIN when prompted
- You will now be connected to our UK network, and therefore dial any number in full as if you are making a call in the UK

Simply select where you are calling from and the destination you would like to call, then add in the minutes you would like to speak for and we will calculate the total cost for you. Prices are shown in pence per minute, including VAT.
Please note: All access prices shown here are for calls made from standard telephones in the country you are visiting. Different access prices apply for calls made from payphones or mobiles in some countries. If using first:telecom Top Up & Talk service from a hotel or mobile we advise you check with that operator if they impose a surcharge on our freephone numbers.
Following an upgrade to our international network, the access codes that you use when making a call outside the UK will change from 5th February 2012 – all NEW access codes are illustrated in RED on the chart below.
