Enhance your first:telecom line rental with these call features

1471 is included free of charge as standard with your first:telecom line rental (either on its own or as part of one of our call plans and packages). 1571 answer phone service is available free of charge on request. In addition, you can add any of the following call features for a small bolt-on fee per month:

  • 3 way calling – quick and easy conference calling
     
  • Caller display – lets you see who’s calling
     
  • Call diversion – diverts your line to another phone
     
  • Call waiting – alerts you when someone’s trying to call
      
  • Ring back – calls to let you know when an engaged caller is free
     
  • Reminder call – your phone will call for the reminders you have set

5+ features + £5.11 per month

 

The folowing advanced features are also available at the prices listed below:

  • Call minder – advanced answer phone service storing up to 30 messages £2.56 per month
     
  • Choose to refuse - blocks up to 10 phone numbers you don't want £4.02 per month
     
  • Anonymous call rejection - blocks calls from withheld numbers £4.08 per month

Please make sure you let customer service know all of the call features you currently use with BT otherwise they will be dropped from your line.

Directory Enquiries

To access our Directory Enquiries service, just call 118 814 (or 118 803 for International Directory Enquiries calls). There are no hidden charges or connection fees - just one simple low price for each Directory Enquiry.

  • Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
     
  • Prices start from 30.7p inc VAT per call with NO further per minute charges. One telephone number provided per call
     
  • Prices start from £1.32 inc VAT per minute for International Directory Enquiry calls. One telephone number provided per call.

Please note: Directory Enquiries is not available to customers on the Cable Saver call plan or Top Up and Talk service.

Call barring

Call barring lets you decide which type of calls are made from your phone, putting you firmly in control and preventing any nasty surprises when your bill arrives. It's a free service and there are many different levels of call barring available. See below for some examples:
