How to top up

Using the Top up and Talk pre paid service is easy;

You will need to provide a UK registered Credit or Debit Card and your UK address.

We will then send you a welcome letter with your account details.

To get started you'll need to top up with £20 (excluding VAT) straight away.

How to make a phone call to your loved one abroad

You just add credit to your account and make the call as follows:

Dial the relevant first:telecom access code (see below)
Enter your account number and PIN when prompted (you will receive this when you register with us)
When you hear a dial tone, enter the number you wish to call in full
Now simply wait to be connected - don't be tempted to press the call button!

From a BT landline: dial 1639
From a cable phone line: dial 0800 0115 826
From a mobile phone: dial 0207 965 7965
From a payphone: dial 0800 0115 826 (please note surcharges apply)

To avoid having to enter your account number each time you want to make a call, you can register for easy access. We'll ask you if you want this when you sign up to Top Up and Talk or just phone customer services on 0845 215 1640 to request it.

There are three simple ways to top up your account:

Auto top up:
Each time your call credit falls to £5 (excluding VAT), we can automatically top up to your pre-selected amount using a registered debit or credit card
Self service top up
Register your debit or credt card then dial 0845 215 1639. Follow the prompts to top up to any amount - service available 24 / 7
Contact customer services
A representative can make a top up for you from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. The minimum amount to top up this way is £20.00 (excluding VAT)

Top Up and Talk can also be used from mobiles, payphones and cable lines and to call from abroad.
